When an employee of this property arrived on scene, she found raw sewage had leaked into the unfinished basement. The smell was bad and there were rivers of water and solids on the floor. SERVPRO of Lewisburg/Selinsgrove professionals arrived on scene and scooped up all of the solids on the floor and bagged them, The floor was then pressure washed and all of the dirty water was extracted. Against recommendations, the customer did not want drying equipment set or any other measures taken. Even though they did not allow our technicians to fully complete the job, they were beyond happy with the services we provided for them.
