Frozen Pipes in Milton, PA
January temperatures can drop well below zero, and this caused great issues for our customer when their pipes froze and leaked into the wall between their family room and garage. All of the rooms were completely affected with large puddles of water stretching out over the flooring. All of the water from the floors were extracted, an antimicrobial agent sprayed and multiple dehumidifiers and air movers were set to assist in the drying process. The customer's decided to remove up to 2 feet of the drywall. As you can see in the "before" and "after pictures, there is quite a difference in the carpet!
