This customer experienced a fire loss in the laundry room of their home- they got it out with water, but it affected their entire home with soot and an intense smoke smell. When our technicians arrived on scene, they found that the exhaust fans in a room were on to try to eliminate some of the smoke. The vents of the fan were covered in a thick black soot (as seen in the before picture).
